Well if is not good enough for the CWU why is it good enough for us were the ones who are actually going to do this so it is not good enough. No deal it is then and this whole dispute will rumble on and people will leave and RM have no staff and the mail will pile up and ROYAL MAIL/IDS will be fined by Ofcom.

Lets be honest the pay deal is shite, you can put your body on the line for 25 years knacker your hips and kness but because you may be able to do an office job they are going to just fob you off but your quality of life might be impacted so NO ,reducing the pay off is not an option,as for profit share in the company they have split the letters and parcels up and as they keep saying letters are losing money so there will never be a bonus (except for bosses)and no where in his pathetic video's did he address the theft of £570 million quid,so CWU announce those strike dates we will not except the crumbs they are feeding us.

They have dragged this whole dispute to this point in time on purpose.
One of the reasons why is so they could try to get away with paying us just 2% extra over the past 12 months.
To be honest - I'd take the pay offer....
but I am annoyed with the games they've played, the changes to sick pay, the fact they paid management bonuses for things they did during the strike days and for putting the revisions in place. I am annoyed by the fact they gave managers a decent pay rise many months ago, but we are getting ours from now (if accepted).
