its amazing the amount of reasonably 'new' people coming out of the woodwork demanding a vote and slagging the union off - Thompson's team methinks
I'm not 'new' and I think it's perfectly reasonable for members who have lost money and been strung along by both sides, to actually see what will in all likelihood wil be as good as it gets and have a chance to end this and vote for it. After all this is our jobs were taking about, not the managers or cwu.

Well the CWU is its membership and the membership must have a vote on these final proposals.

Who says they are final?

Like the ‘last and final offer’?

Then the ‘last and final finals offer’?

Last week it was we are going into admin, this weeks it’s we’ve found some money under a rock to make an improved offer…

The CWU leadership know the financial situation of the company and clearly know what RM can afford to give and what we can afford to accept..

Have faith in the process.

Up the CWU

I’d like to know the full details.

Rm posting what seems to be limited information on what exactly the offer is.

What’s the stance on.

-commit to deliver
-banking hours
-annualised/ seasonal hours
-changes to the pipeline
-unachievable revisions

Unless we know the full scope of changes , how can we vote on anything?

Let us vote on this. Talking for over 1 year is pathetic from all involved. Yes i do understand where we are but all the stuff is all ready in. What are we going on strike for now???? Sorry but I will not be losing more money for an already lost cause ….

The people who want a vote without agreement will most probably vote it in regardless and accept the £1500 bribe.
Whatever the Union do they can’t win with some people on here.
They’re dammed if they do and dammed if they don’t.
If they say it’s not good enough, then it’s not. How can we vote on something that hasn’t been agreed?

You want to vote on 10% over 3 years when inflation was more than that last year alone :arrrghhh

If I was a betting man I think a massive amount of people would take the £1500 a leave right after. If you are staying at RM any longer than 12 months this is a terrible deal, shocking infact.

All out. It’s time people showed some grit and true leadership Sick of all this mr big bollocks talk.

“You don’t win a dispute running with your head down” - Mr Ward

Always been at least a month behind from the start. Now all the changes are in. Got nothing out of it. People have lost their jobs and you hid and ignored them. Mental health issues are through the roof and all of a sudden every other dispute is on the way to been sorted.

You fell for the trap. You got us in this mess and ruined circa 115k lives.
And yet you are still calling for an all out strike. despite all the issues you have just mentioned.
