Very broad question? Are RM acting fairly? In what way or what context? He has not been sacked - in all probabilities, he might have been sacked in any other job.

Was he not asked to go and cool off - it tells me of someone who lost it!

RM has a disciplinary procedure - that should be followed regardless of who it is involved?

Like I said, this fellow can say all he wants about mitigating circumstances but he is not unique and there is another person at the end of his misdemeanor...
Misdemeanor or Gross misconduct??

Him being suspended and sent to cool off speaks volumes

I think the fact he hasn't been sacked or moved sideways already speaks volumes. But that's your unbiased opinion isn't it?

Or could it be him being a rep is outside of normal disciplinary process and has to be through the NAP?

Over 200 have been suspended or dismissed so far

The charge is Gross Misconduct which is a dismissal offence

You are wasting that question on me! RM is my employer and I think on balance, it is a good employer to work for...

Why was someone talking about picket lines - that person must know more than me about the case?

I was being kind by saying misdemeanor; he would probably have been sacked by now, if he were not a Rep and if we were not in dispute for months on end.

He has shown no remorse; instead he is talking about the dispute and solidarity.

If he is let off then others that have lost their jobs should sue RM or be reinstated.

So you won’t answer a simple yes or no question?
I’m going to assume you’re not exactly pro Cwu Chris. Says it all really.
