Now what did I say about a small minority of posters that just seem incapable of leaving me alone?

Ask yourself, do you really want these sort of people to represent you at work in a disciplinary when capable of such conduct??
You can’t just post wrong information constantly with impunity len

I’ve never been abusive, I think you need to grow a thicker skin if you are going to continue posting in the style you do on here though

That is your own personal opinion.
If you disagree with a comment post up a link that affirms your point of view, not mindless comments and personal attacks and innuendo.

This is a discussion forum.

The objectives of debate is to learn and evolve, not a willy waving exercise for some people because they "Get Off" in trying to provoke an argument with personal attacks. That shows a lack of judgement and maturity, and also contrary to the CWU constitution

And growing a thicker skin is not the response to the conduct of a bully being unacceptable behaviour

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “ROYALMAILCHAT” is hosted or International Law.

I post my evidence constantly

It’s a hallmark of our debates

You either ignore it or say it’s not impartial so doesn’t count

I’m still waiting on your evidence that a union cannot go on strike to defend dismissed reps for instance

After you moved onto that angle after saying that wasn’t on the ballot and I proved otherwise

After trying to argue dismissal isn’t part of the disciplinary procedure of course

You never know when to give up or admit you are wrong that’s your problem.

Every time you are shown to be wrong you move onto something else and that is inevitably proven false as well

No matter what you state does not excuse the action of a bully with continuous unwarranted attention with personal attacks and insults.

And growing a thicker skin is not the response to the continuous conduct of a bully being unacceptable behaviour.

If you think my responses and debates with you is bullying then yes you need to grow a thicker skin

If you continue to peddle falsehoods in favour of the employer I’ll continue to prove them wrong

If you think that’s unwarranted bullying then maybe discussion forums aren’t for you

I’d advise the best counter to it is to either be more informed and do better research before jumping in or hold you hands up when you realise you’ve been mistaken. I don’t mind being proven wrong.

Do you work in RMs legal dept?
Why would anyone tell you where they work?
Do we all give the names of the office we work in?

For valid personal security issues some things should remain private.
Why this obsession?
Better if you had posted the whole quote Clash, you have made it look as if all i wanted to know was where he worked, it has given it no context and tried to make me look in the wrong when i quite clearly didnt do that. Thanks for that. Easy to pick a quote out and just drop it in and make it look like something it isnt remember that before you start being critical. Please dont do it again as its a bit petty. Now if you have a real criticism just let me know and we can chew the cud over it. I have no interest in where he works i am only wondering where he gets his legal information from as i suspect its slightly dodgy and he peddles it as the truth. It isnt bullying or harassment if all you are doing is questioning his statement and that is what i am questioning, if you arent a big enough person to accept criticism for something you are putting up as the truth then perhaps you shouldnt put it on a discussion forum, i believe that is the idea with these forums but some people just cry "Bully" if you disagree or question them.

Is this all related to just reps having wages deducted?
No, a lot of your colleagues weren't paid when they were off sick .
I wonder if there’s some loop hole that RM are aware of that states they only have to pay statutory sick if finances don’t allow full pay.
And was this not rectified by producing a sick note? Or are these people swinging the lead?

You try getting to see a doctor and asking for a sick note if it’s for less than a 6 day absence.
Slider tool. Lol.
