Indefinite strike is the only way now. And whilst striking look for a better job, which most jobs will be now these self serving weirdos are in charge.

Well yes it's all very simple, but we all know this tedious s**t day in day out gets to some people, oh this will only take 5 mins, oh just collect those it's only 5 minutes etc etc. ....

No. 25 minutes prep removed you are out 25 minutes earlier. 25 minutes more on delivery

How can the union force RM to make a reasonable offer?

So basically RM aren't prepared to change any of their proposed changes to our T&C's, want to get us to agree to a 3 year pay rise when we've no idea what inflation will be during that period, with no back pay. They've also now added the reduction in prep time and, you have to assume, the resultant increase in out door time. I can't see RM really want to try and settle the dispute.

Why? Who's gonna do the prep? Think you're going to find by removing 25 min prep they mean starting 25 min later. Maybe I'm wrong. Who knows because nobody is actually telling us anything concrete.

If they offered a 3 year pay deal it would be good to know what it is, give us details. You want our support but you don't want to tell us too much

They have been talking for weeks on end with super Brendan Barbor playing babysitter and the deal has apparently got worse in some areas than the shite “best and final offer” that was presented before Xmas. What do you even say to all this man, there’s just no words.

What was in those individual letters handed to DW and TP by ST way back in September?

I am fully convinced now RM have a significant dossier on the CWU.

As I keep saying we’re in serious trouble now.

In 37 years I have never known it as bad as this.
