You would know if you were ever a postman or woman that there have been many strikes taken when a colleague/colleagues have been suspended or sacked unfairly over the years

Maybe they got sacked for going on strike on xmas eve for instance......

The key being the reason for any trade dispute has to be on the ballot paper. The issue of sacked reps was omitted from the previous ballot paper so cannot be a recognized trade dispute
