Yet again calling the CEO of the company you work for and Boss "Slyman" shows the contempt its unionised workers have for their employer. This juvenile rhetoric is what has got us into this position.

I see its now made it onto the national news that RM are threatening to go lnto administration if they dont get a agreement with the union. Not sure if its just the last bluff in a attempt to get posties to panic and grab at any s**t offer or its been the plan all along as they can perhaps get the letters millstone off from around their neck. I would imagine its a double edged sword for Slyman and Co as it would probably lead to scrutiny into how they went from making vast profits into down the toilet all in a short space of time, maybe i am a bit to cynical in my old age but i just think feck them lets see where this all ends up. Agreeing to a s**t deal just because there appears to be nowhere else to go is not a option for me. Just inform them that we will take AI and see who blinks first. If you want a job with any semblance of work/life balance you can never agree to RMs plans.

Im hoping its all bluster cause i really dont want to have to find another job, im happy to work from 9am-4pm, I agree something had to be done with the sick pay and after the past few weeks I can see why they need some seasonal fluctuation. Lets be honest as well a TRUE 9% rise is better than nothig as well. Time the union put what ever deal they have on the table for union members to vote on.
