Agree been failing for months in my office due to revision, all it would do is lose us more money.

BBC article out saying...

"There is currently a pay offer of 9% over two years starting in April, including a 2% offer for 2022/23."

So this has leaked. No backdated pay, but 9% starting in a week...

if taken.

I don't wanna work for these numpties anymore.....

I am praying the government take it back.... but maybe that will end up worse, not sure how as they should be sticking to their own USO which means no more delivering double mail which has been a weekly thing for 2 years now.

More likely just a Journo getting confused with royal mails
Best and final offer before Xmas as it was very similar. Rumours and counter rumours are flying everywhere though and it’s well beyond time the union come out and give a detailed update of what went on in the talks, are we striking again and is the business really on the verge of admin? As Dave Ward loves to say “enough is enough”

Will give credit to the BBC in that they would have contacted Royal Mail press dept as a matter of professional courtesy. Enabling to comment prior to publication with a draft copy of the article to rebut any allegations
