Ask to see the figures .
You don't need figures the only agreement is a prep time of 1 minute if figurers are required and then coaching and support offered and this is the official standard and agreements. But too many on here try to make out it is the unions fault it is your own faults for not knowing the regulations and agreements and holding the piss poor management to account for most of them were postmen/postwomen who could not do the job any more. And went to the dark side and even then still do not know the laws regulations and agreements and as such are just sheep led by donkeys with a clown in charge!

Royal mail group changed its name 1 year ago or so to IDS not Iain Duncan Smith but International distribution services which is did not do a lot of this year. As they were delivering mail instead of doing their jobs the hackers wanted £50 Million but in true to form we have no money. Even though we bailed them out the small postal operators that is after the 2008 financial crisis now they want to dump us because we are not in the EU because of the tariffs and checks. But as people will know you cannot just walk away from your own actions or flee to the EU you must account for the actions you do you cannot divorce yourself from reality or a part of a company without consequences!
All RM had to do was employ more parcel van drivers. You are losing £1 million a day compared to the COVID riches - nothing else. You've had 10 years to make the duties workable, but continued to pay overtime, obviously a cheaper option. You gave away too much to the shareholder leeches, bleeding us dry. Stop whining and do something, why aren't the packets already walk sorted ? Why can't RM service their own vans ? Pathetic. 15 duties gone in our office, some good workers walked away,that's how to look after your staff.
