Well, I won’t be striking. I hope the ones that do use the time to relax and reflect. Try and lose the anger and frustration that is lingering at the minute.
Might be worth looking for temp work for those that can’t afford to strike but don’t want to break the picket. Even if it’s delivering magazines or leaflets or whatever. Just to get by.
Mental health comes first so I wish everyone luck.

Sounds a desperate waffle with no details to me. If we could see some of the changes they have planned.......well don't tease us, just be bloody honest and tell us FFS. Pleeeeaaasse don't leave the union........well start being more open and honest with us then!!!

Dave, if talks are gone and you are threatening strike action unless staff are treated better in the workplace ( :left: ) then where is the harm in letting the membership know what is unacceptable rather than keeping people guessing.
Without that, people won't know what they are being asked to strike for.
And they won't strike because of that.

So only 1% of the changes they want have already been brought in? What other changes are amongst the other 99%? Deliveries in outer space?

Seems to me like RM want to go into administration. Looks like they are going to tank the company and rewrite the rulebook

Next on the horizon clear offices with no overtime, like an early post said, maybe line up some PT work if you haven’t already I’m guessing next strike won’t be the odd day here and there

If there's still another 99% of change to come in my office then we are f**ked beyond belief. The current change (1% apparently) has already brought most of our DO to its knees.

He said RM aren't budging and are going for more cost saving next business year its not really that hard to work out if talks fail which they probably will over the weekend then we will be striking.

Some of the comments on Twitter seem to suggest they're more bothered about getting their reps back than sorting out a deal?
