Or how about lending a hand to a colleague who asked for help??

That is why it is going down the pan, more interested in money than an ounce of human decency
Well, have news for you, this is the 21st Century, not the 1970s mentality

Re: Replacing staff with agency workers
Yes, what exactly are they paid for??
If a colleague asked if i knew this or that I would respond, not tell them to sod off.
Tells a lot about the character of the individual.

They are not colleagues though are they? Some are paid more too break our strike and they want us to train them or coach them while others get an allowance for doing that or a bonus as a manager talk about delegation of responsibility. Why cannot Simon tell them or show them after all what would any of us know about the job when others are paid more for their skills.

Can you blame them for crossing the picket line the way the CWU threw them to the wolves? Many are. were CWU membersk979aaa wrote: ↑23 Mar 2023, 22:57They are not colleagues though are they? Royal Mail must commit to prioritising the removal of all agency staff before voluntary redundancies take place and confirm they will not hire new entrants across the business to replace existing workers who decide to take voluntary redundancy.

Thing is who is going to stop them you me or the CWU or all of us together I know they have £1.7 Billion to break us all but if you don't try you never know what will happen. Lets see how it pans out but this whole place will come crashing down without us all and we know it the CWU knows it and RM knows it!
