Oh boy are you about to be disappointed when the union finally get an agreement and sell us all out. Although at this point I’m starting to doubt they are even up to that task.

While you have representatives on both the PEC and NEC, just give the top table a rubber stamp job and a glorified echo chamber. Hardly democratic.

We know f**k all at the moment. It is possible to dream that they are holding a strong hand . So I can wait just a few days longer.

Manager said yesterday that the union have agreed to doorsteping like Amazon, and prioritise parcels.

But he's full of s**t.

We still have to vote on anything.

The match hasn't finished yet - wait until full-time and see what happens ...

Anyone who says Yes to this should be prepared to step up to the plate themselves.

Yeah, its like the England football team that do brilliant well in all the qualifiers, start the World Cup on a high by topping the group, reaching the later group stages giving everyone the belief that this is the team to go all the way and then go out in a blaze of glory on extra time and penalties.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

That’s not a serious answer is it. They have to be elected and also be union members. Is there anybody you know in the union who you think could do a better job?

We need to wait and see what happens but it’s not looking great and both sides are to blame it won’t be the first time been on strike to realise the deal is worse than the one that was on offer which wouldn’t suprise me if it wasn’t for such a great local union rep I would think union as useless and not very innovative and full of false hope and promises
