A lot of words to say nothing at all

Well apart from making it clear again that they agree that RM is not in a good financial position
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

I'm starting to sense a familiar pattern here with these talks

Doesn’t sound like an agreement is close at all.

Announce week long strike dates, enoughs enough If RM can go into 'talks' with all the destruction they are STILL doing in offices then we can set dates, not saying go a head with them but we need to focus RM attention.

So the Union are calling for Simon’s head… which to be fair is only right, his position is untenable, there is no way the business can move forward with him at the top of it.
You really think one man is calling all the shots?

Very disheartening. We were told to give the CWU the mandate… we have TWICE.
Each video update is the “most important update of this dispute” yet all we hear is bloviation and no real detail.

It’s been over a year now… 18 days, overtime cut & revisions forced through. For what?

Talks, more talks, some more talks, talks talks talks!

I can never and never did cross a picket line but I can no longer hold judgment to those who did because what exactly has our solidarity achieved?

It didn’t focus their minds in their busiest period of the year , it’s a bargaining tool in the background, nothing else I’m afraid
If they are as near to bust as they claim it will focus them.

This is not a dispute. A dispute is where two sides have opposite ideas and are willing to negotiate. This is an agenda by RM.

As much as I’d love to agree with you , it’s beyond strikes now and the union know that.

Call the strikes ,enough is enough.
Yeah because strikes worked a treat at Xmas didn’t they , not the answer I’m afraid.
They would of if we carried on instead of rolling over and having our tummy tickled.

Didn’t even have the decency to front up with the members on video and explain just what the hell is going on. Quick written statement which was probably typed up earlier in the week anyway.
Don’t forget your triple lapsing in the morning chaps as traffic is down.

True or not to sit back and essentially do nothing because thats what it seems like and let RM run riot in offices whilst they 'talk' over tea and biscuits is nothing short of a disgrace.
