Ours is completely f**ked - they've added around 1-2hrs outdoor work onto duties that were already failing before the revision. Frames are a mess with mixed up addresses and tiny writing. We're not prioritizing tracked anymore either.

How’s our revision going?

Mass cut offs every single day, even Tuesday, management locking themselves in their office on “conference calls” all morning, only coming out to announce a blanket ban on overtime, oh and council tax bills arrived this morning, so, it’s all going to plan. Unfortunately, it’s Baldricks plan

The plan is to fail big time and get the government to take back letters, that was it from the start and then the billionaire buys the parcel side ,why dont they just get on with it instead of all this pissing about.

For that to happen anyone buying the parcels side would have to build all their own delivery offices and mail centres

I think Sunak would be good at gaslighting us on Workplace as well.

Not unless leased under licence like BT with Sky and talk talk or British Gas and Transco with independent gas companies

They have already got their superhubs,it will just be another self employed parcel company like Evri with little units in industrial sites rented out around the country the big mail centre could just be split in half.

The mental cruety on the working staff is obscene. I would everyone to start the grievance procedure on the grounds on unworkable, practices ,unrealistic workloads, get a paper trail going and d9nt be afraid to go sick with stress your health is more important than the company. For me quite quitting us the way forward I leave tge pr9blens on my way but for some they take it home.

Ours is wonderful took the staff off delivery duties to DPR so those deliveries our now carved up between us suckers and then you find out that the DPR duties do not have any vans to deliver the parcels back of van packet revision so now they have to get more vans in no wonder we are running out of money just a thought keep the people on the deliveries do parcels as normal in van shares and save money :nana :nana :nana

Our revision came in last week and by Thursday of that week, I had all my parcels back on my round. This week it’s failing, but have been told that everyone officially gets added the extra calls on Saturday.
So it’s never worked, but carrying on and dismantling the collapsed walls.
But don’t stress, work your time and refuse to prioritise tracked.

Do not do this.

Deciding what to prioritise is above your paygrade. If RM / managers fail the USO, that's their problem.

Work as instructed, go home, relax.

Haven’t had ours pushed through yet. Looks shitty and unworkable. Even pre revision half the walks handed a good few bags back today.

The USO doesn’t matter and no one cares about it. Top brass, managers and now staff. If any manager ask me to concentrate on tracked if I can’t finish M. I tell them to put it in writing. If a manager asks me to do anything that is against company policy then I want it writing.
Surprisingly they never have it down and at the same time never ask me to prioritise tracked over letters.

I don’t go over ever and I don’t run around. Those times ended, now I just do the Job correctly and could care less about the job or the company. The job we once loved is dead and will never come back.
