This lack of communication between the CWU and its members will be seen as a massive opportunity for Royal Mail to instruct its managers to push even harder and ram through executive action, fill your boots team....

Meanwhile people lose their shifts/jobs through Executive Action... My CSP shift is going, so I'm getting IHRd out the door. :thumbdown

We have been told we will be conducted if we can’t complete. We have all been given up to 2 hours extra delivery. We are all expecting a warning letter this week. Getting worse by the day.

That’s me & my partner f****d then, we are yet to complete the walk this year 🤣 the lads who do our day off do even less, they make us look good 🤣

I have the opposite issue, part time reserve who has, twice in the last week, been put on an "unfinishable" walk with another reserve and cleared it well within time, including the bundles that had been brought back prior.

Really have to drag my heels to avoid getting back early!

Edit: I got really lucky with packets and most people opened their doors really fast, so that definitely sped things along

Yet again, the announcement doesn’t appear when they said it would.

Absolutely pathetic.

Wow, you have people who cover your day off.... lucky bugga. I have not had anyone cover my day off in 2 years.

Every week I have a day where I am lugging around 2 day's mail.

Wait, so what about the trackeds and parcels that come on your day off, you saying they get delivered, surely not as we don't prioritize them :hmmmm I suspect foul play afoot, thought someone was lying ;liar

German postal workers get big pay rise?

They did a lot better than I expect the CWU will do. Threats of open ended strikes will have helped them. Also, I bet the job is being f****d as part of their deal.

yes, exactly, all tracks will get delivered, whole rounds of mail will not, the mail will be left behind to be delivered a day or even 3 days late.
