You'll have a full office revision, walks will be collapsed/ removed... remaining walks will be made longer...an extra hour longer. You'll initially be told you only take small parcels (shoe-box) and no large oversized you need to drive separately too. They'll have dedicated DPR drivers to deliver your oversized. Then they will say volumes are down and give you back the large/oversized and take away or reduce DPR drivers to only one or none at all. Suddenly you find your walks are longer and you've still got over 2-3hrs of large parcels to deliver. You bring back the mail you can't complete and just hope at some point in the week when you've got loops with 2-3 days full of undelivered mail you get some help with your large parcels. Its a constant battle.. but the USO is virtually non-existent

Our Rep is fackin useless, he basically does nothing and agrees with management how do Reps get to be Reps by the way? Guys been here 2 minutes and he's a Rep
You must have voted him in then?
I never voted anyone in, it must be like clashcityrocker says he's about as good as a chocolate fireguard.

To the CWU ,thankyou for your lack of action and clarity, strikes should of been called long time ago your lack of action has led to this whole mess,in a weeks time our revision still goes in, a grievance what ever you call it has gone in and made no difference,6 walks collapsed all senior flat walks, senior men all done 20 to 40 years service displaced with only hilly walks left to pick, meanwhile young fit men part time only been there a couple of years made up to full time staying on cushy walks, spent years doing hilly walks gaining seniority and now with dodgy knees im right back to a worse place than 26 years ago,im feeling totally let down by our union and failing to address any issues,my rep basically saying there is nothing more he can do and he has been let down by cwu headquarters too, this is an attack on older long servers hoping they quit and its an absolute disgrace, personally id call it discrimination, ageism and shithousery so thanks again for your continued support,NOT.
Soon find out tomorrow that's when they should have struck a deal by

Yup, the office rep keeps reminding us

"it's unagreed executive action"

as he buries his head in the sand and does nothing

I agree. It's embarrassing listening to the constant moaning. If you think you can do better then stand as a Rep. If there is an agreement you don't agree with, then vote no. Take more strike action.
Stop whinging and do something about it. You really do sound like a bunch of f***ing fannies.
Let's all hold hands and hug each other, perhaps it'll all go away.

Why do people always refer to "being done up the arse" and getting the lube ready etc. f***ing weird.
