Abraham - Apologies. You were right about modernisation. The problem with Hellmail it wants to make me speed read. Having said that the 'its' I think I was looking at was 'CWU and its members' as the possessive form of it does not take an apostrophe. I think I also need to get out more.

Interesting to note he has since published an update and is still having trouble with modernisation which has become 'moderisation'. I will leave you to check the rest of his item as I am too busy right now tidying my collection of string.

The 'we (most of us...' sentence is grammatically incomprehensible.

...and there is no need for the comma in the title.

What was that about spelling lessons?

Apart from that it was pointless drivel.
He's got to be a manager, then. :Very Happy

Definitely a manager looking for Brownie Points , so b***** obvious , RM Snr/HR used to use that masquerading as Joe Public or Posties trick on Tory papers online HYS , but it's spread to the Sun of internet sites . They must think we've fallen out of a tree.

I love the way Hellfail "journalists " use the Unionists term , it's trade unionists f***wit !, where my family come from , Unionists wear bowler hats , orange sashes , and do RM style community relations on their marches

People are spot on about the alleged culprit , they call it Seagull Management .

As for psychobabble , RM have got weapons grade bull**** to a fine art , at the top of the tree , the best bull****ers and fakes take on the persona of the last company they worked for , seamlessly moving from job to job and often getting large payoffs as they get found out , making lots of money in the process. Most Companies are too embarrassed to admit their mistakes in employing them , but not on Planet Royal Fail or New Liebour of course !

There's no difference between our beloved gruesome twosome and their Brylcreemed gangsters in HR/Senior Management than the likes of Cornelious Vanderbilt and how they built their empires with their dirty tricks with their repression , intimidation and strike breaking . Same personal fiefdoms just more PR Polish , if us dole queue candidates are stuck in the 70's , better that than the 1870's .

Spot on about irony deficits , 1 . You will get that with early 90's American style management 2 . Royal Fail take things to literal and autocratic extremes .

It's the usual Hellmail Daily Flail style rants again , glorified self obsessed p*** poor blogs , the internet is full of them

The whinging bit is the usual "you negative b****ds" , programmed retort to any criticism , lot's of huge but fragile egos which usually means bullies , obviously it wouldn't occur to RM that their management style is negative full stop .

If the same things do go round in circles on here , have RM considered why it's Groundhog Day or SNAFU , sorry my mistake RM always know best and only they have the answers obviously . Please forgive my ignorance .

All that Sour Grapes tripe can be boiled down to Postman Shat and the strike breaking forum have been closed down , why can't we have this one closed down and we want to smash that b****y union as a "culture change " and make them eat s***.

This site certainly served a purpose with Burslem and was a thorn in the side of RM 's Senior Management and HR with it's DUM's and Area Management doing it's insidious , underhand dirty work for its illegal union bashing agenda . Snr Managers sacked , others having to jump before they were pushed long after the dispute . More Sour grapes RM & Hellfail is it ?

Hellfail were only too keen to have people sacked for innocuous comments on this site .

The rest is the usual Corporate Cobblers , " I'm right , you're wrong , anyone to the left of Baroness Barmy is a knuckle scraping loony Trot , activists and militants are anybody who has been to a union meeting , definitely 5th column eh ?

Yours Faithfully

A. Deadbeat

PS Please forgive my attention seeking , it's got nothing to do with scathing criticism that's too close to the bone of Royal Mail naturally !.[/b]

I find it extreeeeeeeeeeemely interesting that the American version of RMC is actually worse than us,some of their posts are racist as well.
Also extreeeeeeeeeeemely interesting is that hellmail carry their link, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the f***ing irony of it all.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

love the Right Royal Mail "Poem " in the Postwatch section , Big Al loves all these scammers , he must feel a "oneness " with them . More irony !
Just a socialist on my soap box having a rant , c*** in a hat , you'd be lucky to get one off RM and it'd probably fall to pieces within a day anyway :funneh :funneh

Do they have gang wars on the US RMC , the Ayrian Brotherhood , the KKK versus the Hood etc ? , Respect and Dignity eh ! , not getting or doing irony is very limited , naive and childlike sometimes , bit worse than spelling mistakes from their trolls like DuNt kno EdUCashuN

I have also noticed in a reply to a reply  that the original poster is quoting Billy Hayes as saying
The problem with royalmailchat , is that its anonymity does not create an accountable debate. Nor does it seem to encourage the establishment of a serious policy for the members."
He is correct but I wonder if he got permission from "stephen500" to publicise it. :hmmmm :whistle

What kind of parent would call their child 'Dale'? Pity Johnny Cash is dead. He could have made a really funny song out of a name like that!
Anyway, he comes across as a genuine 24k suckhole. I'll bet he's a spotty little s**t with about six months service and designs on being a screw before he turns 19.

With a comment like that, it kind of backs up what the guy said.

hellmail

I just had a look at hellmail in Internet Explorer; it's full of adverts! I had no idea. It looks like they run the site to make money
rather than any other heroic reason. Blimey and I thought they really cared. What a fool I've been!

I recommend Firefox and then get the add on 'adblock plus' Say 'up yours' to adverts.

I should think it takes up a lot of time keeping stuff up to date. Hosting costs money too. Someone said it was mentioned on Sky news last week but I missed that. More informative than RM is thats for sure.....and hasn't it covered RM pensions today? Don't see even BBC or ITV even mentioning it.
