- You don't need to merge the whole unit into 1 frame to give people lapsing closer to their round. It's very simple - the lapsing round should be in the middle of all the other rounds and those rounds should finish next to the lapsing round. As someone said - not rocket science - you just need an IQ of 10 to work that one out.

I remember a few of my jobs I had to take notes to learn where all the mail rooms were, what time everything opens, how to juggle different routes within the same delivery so you can factor in shuts, timed deliveries and 9am specials.

Timed deliveries and SDs can be done by sending out a van or two with them. 9am SDs are very rare. I've worked in our SD locker a couple of times recently and you could probably count on one hand the number of 9ams that come through, I wouldn't be surprised if there's many nights now where no 9am SDs pass through

But according to management, frames are correctly set up so that any postie could walk up to it and just deliver it. We've all got the
tools for the job, fantastic navigation app on the PDA to find out where you're going, walk logs up to date with the instructions
for individual circumstances you've referred to, all hazards now on the PDA, jobs a good 'un, even Simple Simon could walk
into any office and do a round with all that in place.

Its a population of 13000 people.
Tiny offices can do this.
Utter clueless managers if they think they can put same plan in every office.
Wouldnt work in medium or big areas especially with rural and lots of business/industrial areas.
