How often or when should a repick take place. :dance

No set timetable. Normally when Manager/rep agrees that current duties are not aligned to workload/mail patterns.

They can also happen for reason such as changes in law (RTD agreement)

Sometimes though re-picks can be healthy just to put things as they should be. I'm sure we've all had situations where people have slid themselves into duties. Re-picks via seniority sort this sort of thing out[/code]

now with all the changes going on,to various duties.Due to the new modernisation deal.shouldnt there be a repick in all offices

It depends really. A re-pick could be part of the agreement to reduce hours so then the new duties would come in with any changes
