Have all Voluntary Redundancies Been Finalised?

It does seem like the’ve been stringing most of us along.It’s shocking that they can put you in a process believing you are going to get v r then basically leave everyone in the lurch as to what is happening.It’s not totally surprising when the c e o has told so many lies.

I'd be surprised if they were any, loads have left ours without a payoff, varying levels of service, up to 38 years.

Said from the get go, I doubt anybody will get it. At the time it was muted, there was 11,000 agency and the natural turnover is about 10,000 per year. They could easily find the jobs they were after without paying anybody off. I suppose if there's individual offices or mail centres actually fully staffed, it could come to it but judging by the comments on here and wider stuff I hear from WhatApp groups ect is there anywhere in that situation?

they will hack people off for as long as they can to maximise natural wastage,despicable but hardly surprising from this company

Now they know just how many posties are ready, willing and desperate to leave they've probably realised there is no need to offer VR and instead they can just adopt a policy of "Why pay them off when we can just piss them off"
