Annual leave deductions for strike days

Whoaaa, bit obvious, annual leave isn't accrued against unpaid day. They even sent notifications out to that effect.
You could work it out to make sure the deduction is correct and if you cant then no wonder your a postman.

Knowing your annual leave allocation for the year, for me its just shy of 5 weeks, so roughly one days annual leave for 12 days worked. Now if i fell hook line and sinker for Dave and his ego i would have taken 18 days off to have a jolly and basked in the eventual results of my folly. So the complicated bit, stick with it, 18 days skiving divided by 12 days then times by 8 hours work ( if your a postie you'll just have to take my word on it being 8 hours work not the 30 mins your used to). Does anyone have a list of all the days delivery we’re on strike as I was on holiday for some of them I need to work out if what they have deducted is correct as it seems too much thanks

Seems very excessive. That can’t all be deductions due to strike action. I lost just over 10 hours. Would have thought 12 or 13 hours would be the maximum.
