Had a chuckle at his explanation that our offices and delivery frames are primed for letters not pkts so we have to prioritize pkts after strikes as there's nowhere to STORE THEM. So Simon , are you saying a royal mail 2000 frame IS a good place to store letters! Jeez he wouldn't hold up in a court trial. He will be out of a job very very soon is my prediction. Been prioritising packets ever since tracked were introduced. If the tracked failed the office failed therefore get the tracked done and then management can pretend everything is working fine!

We all need to start prioritising the mail over parcels and stick it to management.

I get that they don't have enough room to hold large amounts of extra parcels in offices and it could potentially be safety hazard having excess parcels in an office....

but management will lose their mind if you bring back just 1 small tracked parcel because as far as I know their performance is based on having close to 100% tracked clearance, that is their aim.

Also - any tracked parcels that are brought back - they will try to get someone to clear them on overtime, meanwhile there will be mail that hasn't been delivered for days that is just ignored.
