Are they Mailsort 3?
If so, he could be right. You get a whole week from collection to delivery with a maximum 3 days of which used by the RDCs. So if they were collected Monday, he is right.

If he's wrong, ask your Rep to sort him out, as this is a new contract. The last thing we need is to let them fail.

Doesn't you DOM realise how important it is to impress new Customers?
It's bad enough, when existing ones are let down, but we've no chance when it's a new contract!

I'm sick of hearing about how Posties are supposed to be letting Customers down. It's idiots like your DOM, not making sure that there's enough Staff available to deal with the peaks in the workload.

We had a similar problem a while back, and lost a Customer as a result of it. Luckily, we got them back in the end. But that's not the point. We shouldn't be letting ANYONE down. Wether it's a Multinational Company, or an individual sending a letter!

I bet you haven't had the H+S on them if they break and the amount of mercury they contain. Have you?

We got them last Saturday a few Tuesday, and a few today and everyone has been told they have till tomorrow to deliver them.

My walk seems to have done well 25-30 were as others have more than 50 I would say.

If you look on the box it says "If parcel will not fit through letterbox please leave in a safe place". So we asked our manager about it and he said just leave them ouside with a P739 through the door. I've just wrote them out in order of my walk before I go out and leave them if no one is in.
