I want to see a no strings inflation payrise,no changes to sick pay ,no later finish than 3pm,if these 3 red lines are not met i can not and will not vote for a deal.

That is also the same for our office

10% then. It's about the same in my office, and others I've heard about.

Looks like the word has gone out from RM: 10% cuts across the board.

No idea who is going to deliver all the mail and parcels though coz 10% extra aint possible.

Same at our office. They have mentioned losing three duties,that’s as far as it has got…

What about clocking in & out? Pretty strict at our office about that. Manager pulled us up to talk about people taking the long route back to the office to kill time. Said it's all tracked on pda's.

Stay still for longer than 3 minutes it comes up on the system, cause that's how long they say it takes us to deliver a packet. Becoming more & more Orwellian like 1984. So some things might be just talk but the clock in system & pda monitoring is happening.

Don’t work Sunday don’t get the TPM don’t get RRIS either,looks like they are getting major savings on the other allowances which is why they won’t budge so it will be a pay cut I’m afraid.

Same, maybe we at same office? Spooky. But yeah, rep put in disagreement and was handed back by manager apparentley saying he doesn't recognise it or something, agency staff still working and 4 walks removed and we told it's part of duty now and not lapsing. 3 more walks to be removed in March.
