It doesn't. The whole thing is made up tripe, to cause division, and to try make CWU members feel as though the CWU is a separate, self serving entity, that acts independently of its members, and against their interests. It's absolute baseless, unsubstantiated bile, that has not an ounce of evidence to suggest its even a possibility. It disregards all logic, it makes absolutely not one bit of sense.

In our office the reality of the situation has just hit home. Revised walks have just this morning gone up on the board...... Finally the passive posties in our office have had their eyes opened. They now see what these undoable walks mean if comit to deliver, with later start time's and annualized hour's would mean to their lives. Expect to see a bigger yes vote in the reballot.

Or just drag your heels now. Personally I always find that if you come to work with that kind of attitude your shift drags with your feet.

9 walks in my office have been absorbed today. One of the posties kicked off because he is now a reserve. But he’s also a feet dragger. The type who sloth around Monday to Friday, sometimes not even completing, yet on a Saturday whizzes about like usain bolt so he can go to watch football!

Will dragging their heels out make any difference now? The screws might work out the average "yellow dot time" (from the actuals data) and just add that amount onto a walk. With RM looking at axing 900 odd walks in the NE region alone, I doubt that there's a single walk that's not going to get stuff added to it

Unless your office is one in a million there must be a few uncovered duties going begging on a daily basis?

Being the charitable soul that you are,I’m sure management would be all to pleased to allocate you extra on a daily basis,unpaid of course?
