Don't think they can directly, but if it's something fairly regular all they need to do is go to the relevant location and witness whatever it is themselves. That's probably how they do people for stuff

So just as we already knew would be the case, even the modest VR packages being offered have been very heavily oversubscribed, indicating just how many people are ready and willing to leave the business if given the opportunity.

And yet the disingenuous and self-serving union will do it's best to deny those members the opportunity to leave the business by objecting to any reduction in the 6 day USO all in the name of supposedly ''protecting the service and preserving jobs''

We all know the union's real reason is they want RM to remain a lumbering, inefficient, labour intensive operation committed to offering a pointless and archaic 6 day letters USO because it doesn't want to see a reduction in it's own gravy train income from membership subs.

I like you are ex RM but who hurt you. Was your pension not up to scratch. Or you you miss the walk sort cuddles in the morning. Get a life.

I thought under the final final offer all measurements taken by RM can be used to help improve an individuals performance, I believe we will have access to a new tile on the PDA to enable us to monitor our own performance too.

Do you get taxed on VR I.e the added £6000?
I'm full time so it was calculated at 39 weeks pay plus 6K

Redundancy payments of below £30k are tax free.

Are you not worried that if we revert back to the pathway to change agreement that the MTSF terms will apply and you have gone on the cheap?!?

I believe the MTSF agreement is a separate entity , and nothing to do with the Pathway to Change.
