First attempt disaster!
Next a phg who has NO KNOWLEDGE of the walks ties up some loose ends.
results losing 6 walks.
my section lost one part time walk, the rest of the five full time walks were supposed to have some of the part time walk added.
now it seems MY WALK IS GOING PART TIME!!!!!
which leaves 4 full time walks and my part time walk on the section
They seem to think 428 drops can be done in 2 hrs and 30 mins.
yes if u are superman!
i have been doing my walk for 15 yrs and it seems i wont be on it after april.
I have told the union rep about it but he just laughs and says u will find a better walk to do!
PREHAPS I AM HAPPY DOING MY WALK!
so pissed off at the moment!

Did you know that pegasus is not to be used to take out Hours

did you know there is no such thing as a full time or part time walk now. every walk has to be to 3.5 hours. full timers do the extra work indoor sorting to make them up to full time. Well this is suppose to be the case

We have just had two walks tested in our office using the perameters set by RM the first failed by one hour the second by nearly two hours
what do you think will happen next well the following could be a solution .1 retest using a person with longer legs 2. tell the person walking the test its job and finish
3.go away for a little while and then spring it on a light day when the reps off. personaly i cant see the reasoning behind pegasus if we are to belive that these walk sequencing machines
are going to put us out of a job.when introduced or am i just on a downer today, love you all gazza. :nana

Ray of Sunshine dont give up your walk just carry on doing what your doing if you run out of hours then just play to the rules just tell the idots you wont be able to fit all your delivery in you'll endevour to do your best and just bring back or leave what you wont be able to do,put the ball back in thier court stand firm and stright and dont let them bully you. I know its hard to put up with thier short comings but they need you more than you need them keep smileing.
