CALM DOWN EVERYONE

You've been strong all through this long dispute, why start to wobble now. All those that think they can't Strike because they're not in the Union .... all those that are trying to work out if they've personally been on Strike for the required period .... all those that think they'd escape any reprecussions because they didn't Strike ... or their Office was locked ..... You need to stop stresssing!

Ignore the Trolls, Strike tomorrow and enjoy that extra day with your family and friends. This is probably the best break most of us have had at Christmas. No Falling asleep in front of the TV, or being too knackered to play with kids.

I'll be getting a real warm feeling thinking about all those Managers having to work this Christmas Eve instead of sneaking off early, when we'd still be out there delivering Christmas. Enjoy this Christmas .

Guys, you can talk about what ifs until you are blue in the face.

Nothing, nothing is impossible with this CEO, who thought we would ever strike at christmas and fail to get an agreement? Certainly not me.

I heard today that managers are to be balloted again as everything they were promised has failed to happen.

At the end of the day, the majority of us have a five day break over christmas, enjoy it, there is nothing we can do to change it. We could get notification that the strikes are called off even at this stage and we have to go to work tomorrow, I would be royally pissed off if that happened.

We probably could all sue the CWU. Then we could get rid of them and sign up for Unison or Unite that might help us reach an agreement.

I have never broken a strike I do feel sorry that do but it is a choice and isolation is a possibility but I don't know them or who works with them all I can say is time is a great healer and it will be a long time!
