Go on who's the wag who used the words "Business Plan" - the plan at the moment seems to be to stagger from day to day sticking their finger in the dyke.

The best thing is some of these people are over 60, so they get their pension as well!
Can I ask, who is doing the work that the people who had a buy down of hours no longer do? :hmmmm
At the moment, we don't always clear in the time, so all the office is called round to sort. We point out everytime this is done that we don't have enough sorting hours - either nights or morning, but its like talking to a deaf post, apparently this is what flexibilty etc is all about, you must work a full pelt all the time, if more people started to do the job correctly and stop coming back early, we would have more leverage.

Just to let you know i sent these proposals out to my area rep on saturday by special delivery, its now wednesday and i havent even had the courtesy of a phone call. I did tell him in the letter that we were having the meeting on tuesday and i wanted some advice before then. Not surprised though because he hasnt got the best of reputations for helping the people he's supposed to.
He wont get my vote.
