after seeing the chaos caused after 4 days strike i do believe RM would be worried,however, i have also seen the choas caused by not covering overtime and doing job to the letter as this means getting casuals in at a higher cost which puts any budget planning out the window. For me this is the answer as we still get paid, media and public unaware of the work to rule so no negative publicity.

Yes I would but if it was only 1 day a week then they should have a work to rule going as well so that
people will not come back the next day and work 12 hours trying to clear the backlog.

It is not about them it is about you and your pension your life you have worked so hard for and your children's future pension!. For this was not just given unto you but fought for by people who do not listen to leaders they followed their hearts and souls and some did die for it!.
