So true. The same people that are saying that we should all stick together and calling people strike breakers that are going back to work…. Are the same people that were higher in seniority than me and doing 2 hour rounds, while mine took 4. Never did they once offer to do some of my loops to even it up. So, they think I’m going to go broke for them.

4? Lucky you. Some people do 6 hours plus. A big part of this strike is about stopping the possibility of 7, 8 or 9 hour deliveries with no fixed finish time under commit to deliver and banking hours. I bet you'd moan then! All your posts are the same anti union and anti colleague type posts so I doubt you're even OPG anyway.

As Christmas approaches and on the 16th day of industrial action, we know how worried our people are about their future at Royal Mail.
In order to be able to give some reassurance, the changes we need to make to this business will NOT involve ANY compulsory redundancies.
We are communicating a letter to all employees today which you can access here. It will also be sent as a home mailing.
The key message is that there is a job for everyone who wants to, and can, work for Royal Mail. But we need to work together to save Royal Mail as we are now fighting for the life of this business.
Thank you to everyone who has come to work on strike days – over 12,000 OPGs on the last strike day – and to all our managers doing everything they can to save Christmas for our customers.

This place is full of bell ends. Yeah there are plenty of two hour rounds in my office and plenty of 4 hour rounds and plenty of 6 hour rounds. The laziest of people are on the two hour rounds, the ones with the highest seniority. Just because people don’t agree with your beliefs, then they are managers etc etc. face up to the realisation that your amazing union and the once amazing job is done! It’s over and it’s never going to be good like it was before and the union are not going to get you a great deal, even if you strike for the whole of next year.
I hate what Royal Mail are doing to the job, which is why I’m getting out as the changes they are implementing will make the job unbearable, but I’m afraid they are going to start implementing them in January and there is nothing you can do about it. History will repeat itself, Miners, British car making and then P&O

They say letters are down but some posties post mail into other frames in the building which cuts and being counted by a letter sorting machine.
