And where's your evidence. You have been posting for a while now and almost every one of your postings has been designed to create division and arguments. You want to use your car, you disagree with seniority, you are anti-union and you call us fanatics. Take a look in the mirror my friend, this site and the majority of RM employees are union members, yet you refuse to join the union. You demand change to suit your circumstances, not those of your colleagues, nor the majority. I think you will find that we are not fanatics. Just because we want to protect our jobs and terms and conditions for the good of the majority, does not make us fanatics. Fanatics I think are vocal and in the minority and if that sounds familiar, well as I already said, look in the mirror.

well i would call it a strong union that gets the terms and conditions for it's members, so that you are not physically crippled from taking overweight bags, gives you reflective clothes so you are not run over etc

in my vast experiance there the ones that shout loudest ,start slanging matches yet can offer no REAL evidance to support what there saying.....

example l tommo says i just hate people who uses there own cars on delivery.so crash and burn you ...................it loses posies jobss...

but after much badgering he couldnt say how or why just more abuse

JUST SO EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS I AM POSTING THIS AS A MEMBER NOT A MODERATOR

I take it from his stance that he will be giving all the extra wages he earns over minimum wage back, otherwise he will be costing future posties their jobs. I am also glad that when Royal Mail pay us £400 for implementing flexibility he won't be accepting his as he does not agree with "payments for alsorts of shite". Or at least that's the impression I get from his post.

Also I pointed out that POSTMANs unit had stopped using their cars and they had gained duties and therefore jobs, but he keeps pointedly failing to mention that.

Off course its not fanatical to call Union members and supporters potential terrorists and capable of genocidal murders.

He complains about people abusing him yet I have seen very few posts from him that don't contain abuse.

I cant answer the bit about weights, high vis vests, helmets and underpants as I cant spot any particular argument either for or against.

Is cantypeANDSHOUTS a postman with valid views, or has the TROLL finally shown his true colours and he is on here not for reasoned discussion and heated debate, just here to poke passers by with big sticks to see if he gets a response. I am sure of what I think and this will be my last response to any posting by him. I gave him a fair chance to cut down on his abuse and ask questions and debate in a respectful way, and I asked him to do so on a number of occasions, I even treated him as proper member when he posted valid questions without abuse yet he called my opinions "shite" and then complained he got abuse from other members.

However, if he really thinks we are Fanatics why does he continue to post and visit - that's the thing I really cannot understand (unless he is a troll)
