Just to cheese everybody off, you would need around £112 to match the purchasing
power of last year's £100 (not that you get 100 after tax, pro rata etc.)

You could take the money and give to your Favourite Charity. That'd probably be better. ST doesn't give a Shite wether you take it or not. If you don't he's saved some money.

We had similiar questions when we were given Free Shares, some people actually refused them. I admire their principles, but they could have sold them and given that money to Charity as well?

Understand your sentiments, but if you can afford it why not a fraction of it to one of the
many charities supporting those suffering hardship e.g local food bank, Crisis, Children In Need, many
others to choose from. Gift Aid it too. CWU have actually got a strike fund you can contribute too as well (linked
on the CWU Twitter page). Don't give it back to the blood suckers!

I’m not sure which is more strange, that you would turn down money that you have been accepting for however many years you have been doing the job, or that you didn’t expect the bonus to be deducted because you haven’t worked all of December. If you had any principles, you would also turn down your weekly wage, during a strike week using your own logic.
