Not just that but they want a report of anyone who goes sick and then returns having been told they won’t get sick pay…

We've just been briefed , it's your first day's sick withheld.

No paperwork to back it up either. Usual threats to prevent mass sick.
just the first day then ? not for the entirety of your sickness ?

That's the message that was delivered. As I say , no paper to back it up at this stage.

There are employees out there at the moment who are suffering severe mental health problems because of how Simon Thompson and Co are 'running' the business. Now add this to the mix. He's beyond contempt. He's going to end up with blood on his hands if he keeps treating people like this. Let's hope the CWU splash this all over the media, so people can really see what a vile, bully this man really is.

I'm guessing this is what Dave Ward was alluding to the other day when he said they had more dirty tricks to play.

I think it's time to announce more dates AND a work to rule ballot or however you go about that.

Enoughs enough.

We were told at the start of IA no sick pay for strike days plus holiday's couldn't be booked for those days, I guess RM are looking on it as the CWA are fooking us, so we'll fook their members.

It feels like everything this CEO does, just makes us more determined to stand up against him. I've gotta wonder, is he so inept that his answer, to this dispute, is just keep beating them with a stick?

Thinking about it, I don't think he'd use a stick, he'd get someone else to beat us with a whiteboard marker, perhaps.
