Why do we lose so much when on strike

they dont just take a days they also take money off your delivery supplement , thats why i dont delivery d2ds on the days of i/a in the week we have strikes and just roll them over until i have time to do them .

Delivery supplement is nothing to do with D2Ds, you are breaking procedure

But it's never been a D2D payment, even if it was there's no reason not to deliver them on non strike days, carry on as you are doing and you could have up to 6 months worth of D2D's to deliver!

no time built in to my indoor work plan to prep them , they still get done by the end of the week as the later i am out the less outdoor gets done .

Has anyone had an official answer to this?

I was deducted £235.57 for two days IA, I also get we lose part of our supplements too but I can see to fathom why so much of it?

Heres my breakdown:

Basic pay: £467.20 (£12.63 per hour) 37 hr contract
Delivery Supplement: £16.85
Delivery Supplement: £10.27


17 hrs IA (1 week off in 4 duty) @ £12.63 = £214.66

which leaves £20.91 from my total deduction of £235.57

My supplements total £27.12 so when u minus the £20.91 left it means I've been paid £6.21 in total of supplements.

What I don't get is that I've lost 77% of the delivery supplements for 2 days IA, when you'd think it should only be 40%. There may be a rationale explanation to this but nobody I've asked seems to know?

Is down to the 1 week of in 4? So you lose a higher % due to getting paid these supplements on either your rota week or when on AL but again surely not 77%.
