They will be doing the new summer staffing proposal but it will be 1 over 40!!!
Cant wait to see the sorry arsed tossers working their nuts off.
But if every manager actually stopped and thought about this for one moment... after their attack on us they are next so why not stand together? For that i am afraid you need a back bone :dance

TrueBlueTerrier wrote:Just a thought but with these later start times it obviously means we will be out later. It also means that instead of finishing just as it gets to the hotest part of the day we'll still be out there slaving away. I wonder if anyone has risk assesed the implications such as , more chance of heat stroke, dehydration and worst of all more risk of skin cancer.

Any thoughts
The whole issue of risk assessment never even came up in my office. The manager retired on health grounds soon after, and our current manager is in total denial that there are any problems with the walks, despite the fact that the docket is full to busting nearly every day already. Sound familiar anyone?

Didn't have to on our alley when he started to read out the latest Propoganda he was meet with hoots of derision. I think our office is very strong YES because of the EA taken out on us earlier this year.

Very interesting read this. Can't work out how they will acheive the deliveries, if 6 into 5 would be hard enough. Don't think they could possibly recruit enough casuals for the job, and even if they got somewhere near enough :Confused they'd have all kinds of problems! :Very Happy
