Unpaid Hours

Hey

This is probably not the best place to post this, since technically I'm not an Angard staffing but I don't strictly know where else to post this. I'm a Christmas Casual worker who has recieved his second payslip which, like my first, is missing a significant numbers and nearly 2/3rds of my pay. Getting sick and tired of this and need some help finding the right people to contact about it

Pay queries have to be taken up with your Line Manager in relation to hours paid.
I'm missing a Sunday shift I worked 2 weeks ago on my latest pay slip.

Best to write down all your hours work and remember to sign in each day or make sure your name and employee number is written down and signed against start time on the time sheets at weekends.

I have my payslips so fortunately there is a record. I did talk to my "managers", one fobbed me off by saying "talk to HR" and the other assured me the pay was coming. There is also a sign-in sheet which I use each shift.

The NDC does have a bookroom, but me (and other casuals who also have been underpaid) have been adivsed to contact an email address which, so far, has not responded in anyway despite numerous emails.

Somebody must process the time sheets at the site. Ask a RM employee who they talk to when their hours are wrong.

I had a similar problem and emailed NDCIndoorsOpsSupport@royalmail.com

They did reply and sorted it out - but all the replies went to my junk folder.
