sickness

Post by drevil1969uk »

can anyone help me i been of since december with stress due to persisiant harrasmant and bullying for a manager which the management have failed to sort out and in january was asked to go back to work to attend a first stage warning meeting to which of course i could not atttend. informed bookroom thast i wont be returning to work for any meetings etc and to forward on the message, then short while after was asked to go to another meeting, presuming that the message had been passed on ignored it and was issued a stage 1. I have now been told its too late to argue the stage and to put in a harrasment complaint to the manager who issued it, can anyone tell me if this all seems right to you?

As far as I'm aware RM are issuing all stages for all sickness and you can only appeal at stage 3.

Just a point, if you are still off sick at the minute then you shouldn't have been issued a stage at all but if they have asked you in for a Dr DOM meeting then that's different (but still no warning).

The only thing i could suggest is to put in a harssment complaint aginst the bully may be moved or sacked if more do the same!.

If you think you are being victimized go for complaint form and fill it in and send it off do not give it a manager!.
