The problem with taking the leave is that we have been told no further leave can be booked during i.a. Therefore my colleagues and I are in a similar position. Got leave and can’t book it, now being told we could lose some of it honestly shocking company to work for!

Just a quickie :P Can someone put up a list of ALL the dates we have taken IA on please. With the potential of A/L being removed, I'm feeling concerned that my DIM may/might mess things up, single numbers seem to confuse him, 8hr OT claim is being paid as 3hrs OT, in the end, the correct OT was paid, but took a few weeks for him to clean his glasses or something, and the guy got the full 8hrs. Want to make sure that I am not losing any A/L due to being on strike on my rest days. Totally unacceptable, but hey, this is RM.

These narcissistic bullys at the top of the company can take my annual leave off me if they want. I’ve worked here 13 years and taken a grand total of 8 days sick leave over that whole time, not even one day a year on average. Guess what I’ll be doing next year Zareena? I’ll be taking my two weeks sick leave when I see fit like 75% of my coworkers do every single year.
