They could do an Asda, a few years back they gave all their staff new contracts, sign here or we will accept that as your resignation. You may not like it but the law is on their side here. They have tried (insincerely) to try and end this dispute. I have no idea what they will do 12 weeks in. The union have acknowledged this and stated legal advice will be taken before the date this could become a reality. ST has shown, he will do what he wants when he wants and to hell with the union. I wouldn't put anything past him.

Because he knows how to wind people up, look at the reaction and insults, all playing into his hands. 12 weeks is almost up, who knows what will happen after 12 weeks. He has played the CWU big time, the ballot to allow him to tear up our agreement and running down the clock until christmas. The same people always say, we have to strike at christmas, well here we are and now Dave Ward is talking about still striking next christmas. I have no idea how this will end, I want out now, sick of the whole damn thing.

The CWU have a legal team, right?? Can't understand why they're not dealing with this 12-week issue. People on their Facebook page have been commenting on it for a while now, no answer yet.
