At no time have RM indicated to non driving employees that they are not capable or skilled enough to do the job and would need to get a driving license. But then why would they though when.......we capably do our jobs everyday as intended.

Excellent point and one the union has to look into
If the CWU refuse to assist with setting the criteria then how can they look into it?

As things stand if even you're the perfect postie in a DO, you'll still be first inline for redundancy if you can't drive. That also sends out a message that daily mail deliveries will be scaled back going forward.
