Well last night was the worse i have seen it, might have to go back to covid times to find it worse.

Not sure how tonight will go as not in tonight but they do have triple the staff than they normally do, xmas temps will be fired at what was left over from saturday night and what comes in tonight, last Sunday it was busy, so expecting them to get hammered

Perhaps next week will be a lot harder for RM to handle. TBH the last 2 days of Strikes didn't seem to have too much effect on my DO, mainly due to having more Strike Breakers than expected

They appear to have cleared most of the Tracked between them and the Agency guys, concentrating on packets with no mail going out. Perhaps it was the calm before the storm?

Well another 2 days of strikes should have us having to climb over Yorkshire and full mail bags to get from one side of the room to the other cos there ain't no floor visible in ours.

Was grim this morning. Yorks in every conceivable space apart from the bogs. But we blasted through the tracked. That said 2C ain’t going anywhere and still a small sea of yorks adrift in that part of the MC management seem to never clock.

You should see the state of our office. I’ve genuinely never seen so many walks not going out and so many boxes of mail and mini yorks of parcels next to them ever.

Nights failed on the inward by loads
Early shift PSM processed about 200 York’s of outward 1c and maybe another 150 outward T48 sleeves and left over 100 T48 sleeves
A least 300 2c sleeves not processed + loads of 2c bags not cut and tipped
Hundreds of inward bulk York’s around the plant.
With today’s outward starting to arrive at around 14.00 Carnage is how you would describe the plant with not much room for anything else to store

our office is rammed no further on from last weeks strikes,the bay was rammed with collection mail and has just been left there probably wont move until Friday,we have hardly touched the mail from last week,roll on the xmas cards next week ,maybe our yard will start looking like hospitals with a queue of lorries outside,customers coming out today asking where mail is as they are expecting important things,and i've been telling them there won't be much chance of any mail being delivered in the next few weeks.

Xmas cards already starting to come through, some boxes that we put through the iLSM last night were virtually all Xmas cards. AFAIK everything cleared, which makes me think that there's loads of stuff for us trapped in a backlog somewhere
