I imagine, from reading about her, that the idea of "realsizing" and using so many casuals was her idea. At Britvic she introduced "dynamic workforce"... Basically half the staff were zero hour contracts they could drop when they wanted to save some cash

This job is getting more ridiculous as each day passes, I just want out now. Everything they're pushing through and threatening us with is unacceptable. Don't know where we take this dispute after December but what's on the table is a joke, feel sorry for anyone with alot of years left here. I know what I'd be doing lol

With every attack they throw at us , we move further and further away from a compromise, they just continue to ramp it up at every opportunity, it seems now that this has been along time in the planning and they’ve never had any intention of striking any kind of deal , I don’t know where this ends now but my resolve gets stronger with every attack.I brought back loads of parcels today , just had no chance of completing, the manager couldn’t care less , I actually feel sorry for the customers that would have been notified their parcels were coming today and probably sat in all day waiting, absolute shambles of a company now.
