Screw. constantly monitering WARLORD & Screw acting as agent provocataeur.
Office interviews.... 3 in a month... (over virtually nothing) overseen and represented by CWU Rep.
Two more recently - again, CWU rep. present.
One more yesterday. Screw critiscism!
One more today.... 13th Feb. Reason, injury at home. Not late-no time off- capable of all prospective duties required and fullfilled them completely
Screw defers WARLORD to sorting...the grapevine works perfectly to send out the nessesary warnings. Less than 10 minutes of letters & Screw appears with rep with yet another visit to the house of horrors. A 2 minute interview and a verbal warning ...but what for...?
This is the reality of power politics in the workplace. All the shite laid at our feet about dignity / respect means zero here.
But let's face facts here..... someone IS pulling strings....... any more updates will be placed here.
