I want to say a big thank you to all the Brilliant Operational Production Leaders (OPLs) who made it to The Academy this week at such short notice for our first Continuous Improvement Lead session. Thank you!
Not only did we get to focus on 5S, Round by Round boards, Tier boards and Finger Scanning.
We had a little bit of fun doing the Lean Ball Point Simulation and a little bit of networking!

You lot just keep kidding yourself that you're Training to become better Managers. 
All your doing is paying out to Over-Priced Consultants and "learning" nothing of practical use.
Try learning some "People Skills", like how to talk to people .... instead of just looking at spreadsheets on your Laptop. Most problems in a workplace can be resolved by simply having a discussion with staff. So many Managers just seem incapable, or unwilling, to interact with their staff.
All your doing is paying out to Over-Priced Consultants and "learning" nothing of practical use.
