It’s not showing when I try find it. Could be fake but also could have been posted just to a managers group which has happened in the past. If it’s fake it’s very good, reads exactly like he would have written it. Who knows what the hell is going on?!

If you want Simon back to the negotiating table then don't make clearing next week's backlog easy for them. Work your time, take your breaks and no rushing round.

But shouldn't have postman have done that for the last ten years ? There isn't a hope of it happening. You may as well go and hit your head on a brick wall.

This is our time now, we either make it easy for Simon by clearing up the mess quickly and not capitalise on the strikes or we make a stand and let the back log pile high. Remember no one goes home early any more so no excuse for coming in early running not taking breaks etc. JUST DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY! And make these strikes hurt!

Well they've just banned overtime in my place so hopefully the mess won't get cleared going in to next week strikes. Only worry is not being able to claw a bit back from OT will get a few more to cross the picket lines. Part of Simon's plan perhaps. I don't think he wants a negotiated agreement (and I don't think the board does either} he wants to break the union and reduce those of us still in the company to little more third class servants.

It's crystal clear he doesn't want an agreement, it's simply a union destroying exercise . What I think Simon Thompson doesn't seem realise is that to destroy the union he has to pretty much destroy the company . So Nero fiddles while Rome burns and the board are just standing back watching him do it . So not only do we have tin pot managers , we've also got a tin pot board .Between them they are going to end up drilling this company into the ground .

so many of my customers have come out in last few days to say how disgraceful it is the way RM are treating us. When they ask if it's going to be resolved soon, I tell them that our CEO is refusing to talk to the CWU. Their response to this is, then he should go! I agree.
