Ffs all i said is imho we've lost 8 days pay for eff all and can you please explain what union red lines are as nobody seems to know. also can you explain your post in plain english?

The 8 days pay you need to make sure of the ballot process ie test it and call action to get the employer to talks it took so bloody long because they did not want to talk to the union but get you all on workplace that failed.
Red lines well everyone is in a different job but NO Sunday working without extra payment also No later finishes ie 3:30 pm or later and No Redundancies without proper consultation and No two Tier workforce!
And we deserve a proper inflationary pay rise for all the work we did to get the £758 million that they used to help enrich themselves and shareholders!

DW has already suggested the CWU will accept the 7% payrise but over 18 months?

pay is not the big issue here but change and how much most except some change but how much?

If flexible hours and no finish times are ever trialed and is a complete disaster for the postie and his family and social life but it makes money for ST and his cronies it will be deemed a success that will be rolled out across the country. CWU should not even allow the option of a trail the whole notion must be dismissed.

If flexible hours and no finish times are ever trialed and is a complete disaster for the postie and his family and social life but it makes money for ST and his cronies it will be deemed a success that will be rolled out across the country. Seems people didn’t read the latest RM offer. Sunday working was offered as voluntary and seasonal hours equated to working two hours a week extra in winter and two hours a week less in summer….but then yet again we weren’t given the chance to vote for this offer so it is moot.

No Union would not accept compulsory redundancies when in reality the workload is there ,this would be a real failure.
RM as purposefully thrown everything at the Union causing chaos at the busiest time of year ,it kind of makes you think they have pressed the self destruct button.
