My first post ever and I couldn't have picked a worse thread. I'm sure the OP didn't intentionally exclude anyone. I'm sure anyone feeling excluded would happily say so. There's so much happening, people's minds are not perhaps as clear and focused as they may normally be. Mine certainly wasn't as I didn't even register the word 'lads'. When I wrote my post, I was thinking about everyone of us, all of us from every branch of this company. Every post turns in a pit of pedantry, every glimmer of hope is quashed, every positive message stamped on, its just bickering over nonsense. This is why I've been so reluctant to post on this site. I wish I'd never bothered.

I've seen what's on offer and to honest it's a pile of crap, and although it's not a proper vote on the YouTube live thousands of people voted against and bearing in mind it says if we reject it we can't vote for anymore strike action so it's a waste of time
