Pretty sure the original offer didnt include all delivery offices starting 3 hours later.

It's a pointless argument whether it says 30mins or 3 hours.
The actual proposal states....

2.3 -Later Start and Finish Times

Attendance times will change from time-to-time with reasonable notice. The indicative impact of the change based on current network requirements was set out in the employee letters sent in late October but may change over time.

The restrictions on start and end times set out in Business Transformation Agreement and the Post Modernisation Agreement will no longer apply.

So basically whatever start time they want and changed whenever they want with no negotiation involved.

Our ambition is to achieve a last letter delivery time of 17:00

...so then back to the office driving back in rush hour and dark, soaking wet and cold most winter days, to pouch off (assuming all work has been cleared btw) and then off home in the dark and rush hour traffic. Lucky to be home for 18:30 most days

I think we can hold out till then but will Simon Thompson? Given he has lost the business north of £1 Billion in less than a year it is a feat considering the whole turnover IE income of the business is £12.3 Billion?

Noticed quite a few pro management members supporting the party line and casting negativity on the strike, I would take them with a pinch of salt, after all anyone can sign up even Simon Thompson and create a user name hiding their true identity, which is why linear text forums like this exists to protect our identity in spite of "open culture of free speech" which doesn't quite apply in practice.
