You do know this isn’t a game don’t you??? FFS you want extra dates put in just so you can have extra time off at Christmas. What about those who can’t afford it? Talk about selfish - just about sums up some on here!!

What you’ve shown is that you’re not interested in the dispute and a resolution, just getting more and more time off and to hell with others.

I’ve spent months telling anyone who’ll listen that nobody wants to strike and we do it as a last resort, then we get a berk on here pleading for more dates so they can laze around!

We haven't received anything concrete or official, all we been told is 1 to 3hr later than they currently are.
In our office current times are , we have few at 5am start and the rest of the office split on 6am 6.30am 7am and 7.30am.

If you read the proposal the business sent to the CWU you will realise why...

if they lost the saturday to a five day uso change you would probably accept it but that could take at least a year or 2 to happen so not fancying 3.30 -4.0 oclock finishes on a saturday at all

you'd also have to accept that thousands of jobs would go with a 5 day letter USO, and there is no guarantees of a Monday-Friday only job when it does go to 5 days.

9am specials are exempt up here. The customer should be told that at the time of posting, but I wonder if counters staff even know.

People don't want more strike dates so they can Extra time off FFS what planet r u from their just don't know what else will make RM come back to the bargaining table we had a 4pillars agreement with RM which has been torn up because they don't give a fk about it it's all about money, making more for the major share holders not just in our Industry happening everywhere the hard work commitment going the extra mile we've all given mean nothing to those above so what do we do turn over and be shafted maybe we might have to agree reluctantly to these shite terms offered by RM people have mortgages rent family to look after etc but I'll never cross the picket line just hoping something positive comes out of the strike dates announced
